Wow! This is an extremely rare antique scale made by National Specialty Store made in Pennsylvania.
It’s extremely heavy! I found this gorgeous magazine photo that has one pictured on the right side of the photo!
The metal pan is included but obviously not original.
Measures roughly 25” tall.
There is no glass over the fan-shaped opening. The backside has graphics in the metal as well.

This would be perfect on a large kitchen island or buffet for decor since both sides have incredible details! Add a large bowl with fruit on the scale ♥️
