The Watson Marlow peristaltic pump can support up to 5 different pump head configurations. It showcases a color display, easy to use controls, and provides the user with active statics. The pump has a varying amount of flow rate from 0.0002 GPM (0.001 L/min) to 4.76 GPM (18 L/min) however check the specifications of which pump head you have installed as well as the tubing you will be using as these options effect the number. Due to it being a Watson Marlow peristaltic pump, the 630S will never come in direct contact with the liquid being pumped. There are no valves, glands, or seals to clog up and need repair and run dry at no risk to itself. It is ideal for most fluids, including shear-sensitive, corrosive, abrasive and viscous. These factors however come into play when selecting the tubing you will use.
The 5 different Watson Marlow 630u head configurations are 620R Pump head for continuous tubing. 620RE and 620RE4 pump heads for tube elements. Or 620L and 620LG twin channel low pulse pump heads. The speeds of which the pump can run are from 0.1-265 rpm. Changing the speeds are easy through its easy to use, intuitive menu system. Watson Marlow peristaltic pump keeps it simple with arrows pointing up or down to correspond to if you want to increase or decrease the speed of the pump. You will also find a flow calibration to fine tune your process, security to protect functionality, manual and memodose modes.
