  • Condition: This is a vintage hanging scale made in the U.S.A. by the Penn Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, PA. It is in used condition with an oxidized patina. The back and outside ring still show some of the original green paint. The inside spring is still tight and the needle on the dial moves freely when weight is applied. It still has its original hanging ring at the top. It measures approximately 8” in diameter and is approximately 1-5/8” deep. Thanks for looking.
