The scooper is 11-7/8 x 3-1/8 inches.
Comes with seven weights with
a total weight of 7 pounds 6 ounces.
This item is in working condition.

This item is in very used working
condition
with some rust corrosion,
dust in the nooks,
heavy scratches, some pings and dings and tarnishing.
The four black rubber pads that are under
the scooper are heavily
deteriorated
