Vintage Jeanette Depression Glass Green & Yellow Swan Figure Lidded Powder Jar

GREEN AND YELLOW DEPRESSION GLASS POWDER JAR WITH SWAN "HANDLE"
This is a nice example of the Jeannette Powder Jar.  The elegant swan on top of the lid has a notch in it to hold a tube of lipstick - see Photos #1 & #2.  The swan stands 2+1/4-inches tall.  The rim of the jar has several areas on small chips - see Photos #10-#13.  The the rim of the lid is free of any chips or cracks, however.  The whole piece stands 5-inches tall.  The opening of the jar is 4+1/2-inches in diameter.  This piece was flash painted and some of the green and yellow color is peeling - see Photos #5, #6, & #11.
There may be production issues such as some imbedded ash/sand, feathering, air bubbles, or straw marks.  These are normal traits from the creating process, and does not deter from its beauty.
