Vintage Enamelware Hanging Round Pan (For Scales)15" Width Drainage Steel Hanger

This is a large 15" x 4" depth round white with black trim enamel pan that sits in a steel hanging
implement
.
The pan has 48 small drainage holes.  It sits in a sturdy steel frame with a band that surrounds & holds the pan.
The hook on the top of the frame turns in any direction. The height of the frame is 17".
The total weight is about 5 lbs. before packaging.
There is surface rust on the hanging frame, there is minor wear and a lovely
luster
on the enamel pan.
This pan and frame/hanger was probably used with scales, however can be used as you desire.
Two pieces - both are strong & stable.
