Vintage Central Scientific Co Chicago Cast Iron Porcelain Plate Balance Scale.
The porcelain is in very good condition I cannot see any chips or cracks anywhere on the porcelain plates
The scale does have some paint missing from it on the center indicator as shown in the photo
The mechanism appears to work fine.  One weight as noted in the photo
