Here is a rare and interesting original Belgian release poster for the 5th film in Universal Pictures' Mummy franchise,
The
Mummy's Curse
. This  movie is a direct sequel to
The Mummy's Ghost
released earlier in the year and marks Lon Chaney's final appearance as Kharis, the Egyptian mummy. the previous year. This poster is from the film's original Belgian release shortly after the end of the war in Europe. It probably dates from 1947 since it bares the Universal-International logo which came into existence in mid 1946. The poster is linenbacked and in excellent condition after nearly 75 years. The artwork by Bos is unique to this Belgian release and this poster seldom comes up for sale or auction. This would be a great addition to your Universal Horror movie poster collection.

CONDITION:
Very Good On Linen. Top white border may have been partially trimmed. Prior to backing this poster was in very good, folded condition. There is an overall yellowing of the paper. This poster has been stored flat for the past 20 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
