Originally folded as issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 18 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.

    Next up is this rare Belgian movie poster from the first release of Jack Conway's
    film adaptation that skewered post-war radio advertising,
    The Hucksters
    . Prior to starring in this movie, Gable called the best-selling novel by Frederic Wakeman "filthy and it isn't entertainment". The script was sanitized and Deborah Kerr co-starred in her first Hollywood film.  This poster is from the original first release of the film in Belgium in 1947. This 1st release poster is in nice condition and features striking artwork unique to this Belgian poster. Besides being untrimmed, it also contains two additional attached snipes in Flemish which gives an idea of how these posters were displayed back in the Forties. This poster seldom (if ever) comes up for sale or auction.
