    This hooks into the strap holder that is mounted on the trailer. You wind the
    strap onto that. This does not wind the strap up unless it is still connected to the trailer.
    What we should do is lose the strap so that it has about 1 foot of slack, then wind it
    up but as you wind it, pull the strap so that it becomes tight
