This theater used poster was folded as originally issued but has been stored flat for the past 24 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or box.

    Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the first release of John Cromwell's epic World War II home front drama,

    . The film tells the story of a housewife who must care for her two daughters while her husband is away fighting the war in Europe. The movie was a huge box office hit for Selznick despite its nearly 3 hour running time. This poster is from the first release of the
    movie in Belgium shortly after the end of the war, probably in 1947. The beautiful
    artwork is unique to this Belgian release poster which seldom comes up for sale or auction.
