Rare Antique American Scale Co Platform Farm Feed Scales 600 lb Kansas City, MO

This is a hard to find AMERICAN SCALE CO. platform scale made in Kansas City, MO, around the early 1920s. This is a true barn find as you can see. This scale has not been cleaned, only washed over lightly to expose the original blue and gold paint. This scale has the original cast iron wheels, 4 weights, and wooden platform. The wheels roll easily.  Can be calibrated, but weighs pretty accurately when placed on a flat surface. Maximum weight is 600 lbs.  See pictures for more detail.  This belonged to my grandfather and was used frequently until about 40 years ago.  Great collector's item.  Local pickup only.  Thanks for looking!
