    KEN MAYNARD 1sh 1940s great cowboy western artwork and cool close-up, Texas Gun Fighter!
    An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm])
    Ken Maynard stock, the 1940s stock poster used by movie theaters to advertise Ken Maynard cowboy western movies. Theaters would order this poster, which has a blank area at the bottom of the poster where the studio would overprint the title of a specific movie (or glue a snipe to that area with the name of the movie they were showing), thus getting many posters for the price of one.
    Storyline
    Bill Dane and Banty quit Kell's outlaw gang. When Dane prevents Kell and his men from getting a bullion shipment, he is made Sheriff. Learning Dane is Sheriff, Kell and gang return, force Dane to give them the bullion, and make Dane a prisoner. Escaping, Dane trails the gang and engages them in a gunfight while his horse Tarzan goes for help.
