My Olive Wood items are made from olive wood that comes from Bethlehem, Israel, and is crafted from trees with roots dating back to biblical times. These pens are produced from the trimmings of olive trees in the Holy Land that have been pruned during the trimming season. When trimming by season, growth is actually promoted! An essential process for a healthier growth for the trees and to generate environmental stability. No tree is damaged or destroyed in the process of harvesting this wood.
