Military Dress Belt Buckle with part of Belt

Military Dress Belt Buckle with part of Belt. Honestly I have not much information about this piece, it came in a group of a bunch of WWII stuff I bought last year. Front has a gothic CS or DS, the inside of the buckle is marked F&F, the belt is beat up but both sides still have portions remaining.
