This is an original Mexican theatrical film poster for “
Maria magdalena,
” a 1946 Mexican biblical melodrama directed by Miguel Contreras Torres and starring Medea de Novara (in the title role as Mary Magdalene) and Luis Alcoriza (as Jesus of Nazareth). Artwork is signed Cabral.
Poster is in
excellent
condition. Previously tri-folded (no vertical fold). A couple long creases, likely from lithographic printing process.
Poster will ship safely rolled in a heavy-duty tube via USPS Priority Mail.
