  • Condition: Good to Very Good Untrimmed Folded Condition. Untrimmed top white border has a few pinholes and an extra horizontal fold. A few creases, two small holes and minor staining along the side white borders. A moisture stain in the center of bottom border extending into the title area of the artwork. Overall, the artwork is vivid and completely intact. Folded as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for 24 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.

    Next up is this seldom seen original Belgian movie poster from the original release of Arthur Lubin's service comedy,
    Keep 'Em Flying
    . In this film Abbott and Costello play the two goofball assistants to a barnstorming stunt pilot who joins the Air Corp. The boys go along with him and all mayhem ensues. This poster is from the film's first release in Belgium soon after the end of the war in Europe. It probably dates to late 1945 or early 1946 since it bears the Universal Pictures logo (which disappeared in mid 1946). Despite the moisture stain in the bottom title section of the poster, it does not affect the overall artwork and displays very well. It is slightly larger than most Belgian posters of the period and rarely (if ever) comes up for sale or auction.
