    Here is a rare and interesting original Belgian release poster for Arthur Lubin's comic mystery film,
    Hold That Ghost
    . By the time this film was released, Abbott and Costello had become the biggest comedy team in American films. This was the first in a long series of movies where Bud and Lou were placed in uncomfortable, but hilarious, situations involving ghosts, monsters and mad scientists. Though the movie was produced in 1941, it was not released in Belgium until well after the end of the war in Europe, in this case 1948. This poster is from the film's original Belgian release. It is in good to very good trimmed condition with artwork that is unique to this Belgian release. It seldom comes up for sale or auction and would make a great addition to your comedy / horror movie poster collection.
