Early US Army Officer's Brass Belt Buckle with Federal Eagle, 1902 Regulations

An Original and Early,
US Army Officer's Brass Belt Buckle with the Federal Eagle, 1902 Regulations Belt buckle, similar to the Model 1872 Eagle Plate Buckle, but it appears to be a more recent strike, even though there is some tarnish on the Silver highlights?  The Brass and Silver Highlighted
US Army Officer's Belt Buckle is nicely detailed, sharply struck, 3" x 2" along the curved and thick Brass plate, fitted with a keeper for the belt and the hook.  The piece is unmarked on the reverse, but it is very nicely made!  The buckle would take a 1-3/4" high belt!
It is complete and it is in VF+ Condition.
