with pump head YT25 (1 Channel). A peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement pump used for pumping a variety of fluids. Peristaltic pumps may run continuously, or they may be indexed through partial revolutions to deliver smaller amounts of fluid.

Our BT100S basic variable speed peristaltic pump provides flow range from 0.00016 to 720 ml/min with variable pump heads and tubings. It has basic functions such as reversible direction, start/stop, full speed (for fast cleaning), adjustable speed. Dispensing function can easily repeat liquid dispensing by time or volume. With MODBUS RS485 interface, the pump is easy to be controlled by external device, such as computer, human machine interface or PLC.
Superiority
1. Speed resolution 0.1 at 0.1-150 rpm; 1 at 100-150 rpm. External high-low electrical level controls the start/stop, reversible direction and easy dispensing function, optically coupled isolator; External analog adjusts the rotate speed. RS485 interface, MODBUS protocol is available.
2. LF-LCD-OS software system, Chinese LCD panel, switch between Chinese and English, simple parameter setting, intuitive status display. Four digits LED indicator displays working speed. LED indicator displays the internal control, external control and other working mode.
3. Start and stop, reversible direction, full speed, state memory (power-down memory) and other functions. Running parameters stored automatically. Easy dispensing function, repeats timing quantitative liquid dispensing.
