This black womens western cowgirl hat is custom made by W. Alboum Hat Co.  Like Brand New.  Has a beautiful multicolored narrow band around the top with delicate silver embelished hardware and leather tassels.  Fitted around top with adjustable strap. Band can be easily removed, switched to different styles or worn without any band depending on your mood.
