what can i say i have had this sense  i started my beany and cecil fan club in 1984 i was the founder. i dont know how to grade lunch boxes but wow. it has a couple spots inside compartments that will come off. thermos is in great condition. the vinyl  hinge areas are  usually always torn from opening and closing. the flaps are so tight i dont know if it was ever used. i would stake my ebay reputation that this is crispy tight great condition. i dont see any tears or seperations anywhere. sorry about my not so great pictures if you want some other pics i can try and do that for you but take my word for it when you hold it you just want to hug it ha ha i had it in a display case makes it look like a million bucks.  please ask any questions before bidding.all sales are final sold in as is condition. no returns you will not be sorry. i have seen peopls ads saying their lunchbox is in mint condition i look at the pictures and there you see the splits at the corners not this one.
