Antique White Cast Iron Libra Scale Co England Balance Scale W/Weights. Comes with 2 brass weighing pans and 4 cast iron weights; 1 lb, 8 oz, 4oz, and 2 oz. painted gold. The balance at the top, in between the pans is brass. Very beautiful scale and in excellent condition. Most likely was used in a candy store.
Scale base measures 12 1/2” long by 4 1/2” wide. Larger brass pan measures 8 1/2” long by 6 1/2” wide by 2 1/2” deep. The smaller brass pan and which holds the weights measures 5 3/8” in diameter by 5/8” deep.
