Antique Tin 4oz Bilateral Postal Letter Scale
The tin has darkened with age (a nice patina), and this item is in good working order with normal signs of age and previous use.
It is marked on the back OEST.P.1766 DRP UNG.P 16742 112.860.121.631.  I see no other maker's marks.
The first 1/2 ounce is measured on the lower scale.  The rest of the 4 ounce capacity is measured on the upper scale.
It measures 6" high x 3.75" wide x 2.75" deep
