Description

Antique Chicago Apparatus Company metric weight set for lab or pharmacy use. Box is solid mahogany and hardware is in good working order. 8 brass weights and 11 fractionals included.
Brass weights are 1x50 gram, 1x20 gram, 2x10 gram, 1x5 gram, 2x2 gram and
1 gram. A pair of tweezers is also included. The set was made in Germany.
The case measures 4" long x 3" deep x 1 7/8" tall. The box was refinished with several coats of MinWax Satin Varnish and hand polished with paste wax and 0000 steel wool for a soft luster.
