Scale is in good condition for age. Everything works as it should. Photos are description. I have no idea what it was designed to measure or where it was intended to be used. I see no damage or issues. One pad is different than the other.  Do not know if it was made this way or was altered at one time for whatever reason. Will be shipped with the round pad removed o save shipping but it is easily reattached.
