These coins came directly from the mint (USA Made) are bronze plated in gold, silver, and blue colors. Finally, it is finished in a thick clear coat that protects and makes the coin visually stunning.

The obverse features the "24 Hours" of sobriety on the obverse along with the words "To Thine Own Self Be True," found in Shakespeare's Hamlet (Act 1, scene 3, 78–82), a motto that those endeavoring for sobriety know well. In addition to the three legacies triangle with "Unity Service Recovery". The reverse displays the AA Serenity Prayer: the refrain of AA's sobriety 12-step program. Which read:
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference."
